Should I pay for samples or free of charge?
-Samples with quantity less than 5pcs are free of charge. Just tell us your freight collection account such as TNT, FedEx, etc. We will charge freight cost if you don't have any account.
What is the lead time for samples?

What is MOQ?
-200pcs per type for standard production and 3000pcs per type for OEM production(customized color, packaging, etc.).
What is lead time?
-Usually 15-20days for standard production and 20-30days for customized production, depending on order quantity.

100% payment before production for invoices amounting to less than USD10,000.00.
30% T/T before production and balance before shipment for invoice amount exceeding USD10,000.00.
Is L/C acceptable?
Yes, we accept L/C for invoice amounts exceeding USD50,000.00.
Shipment:
What is your shipping terms?
We usually do FOB Shanghai/Ningbo/Guangzhou or any other ports in China, according to customers' requirements.
How do you ship goods?

For orders less than 1000pcs, by air or courier such as TNT, DHL, FedEx, etc.

Depending on customers' requirements, for bulk orders, by sea or air.
